Happy Attack on Titan Day! ⚔️🧱🧶
What better way to celebrate one of the anime that left such a massive mark on us than with two tiny handmade babies from the series? 🥹🤍
Today I'm sharing my little Levi Ackerman and Eren Yeager crochet pieces to celebrate Attack on Titan Day ! commemorating the release of the Attack on Titan manga and the beginning of a story that would go on to break our hearts in ways we definitely weren't prepared for. 😭
And of course, these two have their own little stories behind them. 🧶✨
Levi was a commission by @a_toli5 who trusted me to turn one of the most iconic characters in AOT into a tiny crochet version. Getting all those little details right was such a fun challenge, and I'm so proud of how my tiny Captain turned out. 🥹⚔️
And Eren was made especially for a birthday collaboration for a very close friend @elustratedarts ..We hadn't even known each other for that long, but she has been nothing but incredibly kind and sweet to me. Sometimes you meet someone unexpectedly and somehow they become someone you genuinely treasure. 🫂🫶🏻So making a little Eren for her birthday felt extra special.
That's one of my favorite things about creating handmade art.. every piece eventually carries a story of its own. Some are commissions, some are gifts, some are made for collaborations, but behind every little crochet character there's a person, a memory, and hours of love stitched into it. 🧶🥹
To all my fellow Attack on Titan fans… who is YOUR forever favorite? 👀
Levi? Eren? Mikasa? Armin? Erwin? Hange? 👀⚔️
And which AOT character should I turn into a tiny crochet baby next?
📩 DM me to place an order or customize your favorite anime character into crochet! 🫶🏻

Okay time to rant lol

I WAS SO CONFUSED WHO TO DRAW!
I started looking up references months ago but til the very end, I was very confused because I didn't know what you'd like best. In the end, I took two of my favourite options and decided to draw them both. I love both these anime and I was so excited to see that you liked them too. And for some reason, they make me think of you too, partly because I somehow associated your memory with them...weird me.

I hope you like the work, it took me hours to colour and even then, I guess my paper couldn't handle much of me lol. Either way, I had you in mind while drawing these so I feel like I was able to give a bit more of my best while making these. I especially loved making their eyes.
I wish I could've sneaked in a bit of teal in the work but alas...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGAIN <3
