Dolce momenti!

Our wood-fired dough meets a little indulgence… Nutella, fresh berries, and a light dusting of sweetness to bring it all together. Crisp on the outside, soft in the center, just the way it should be.

Come treat yourself this weekend—no reservations needed, just good company and even better bites.

Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and brilliance of women everywhere.

This International Women’s Day finds me in the middle of one of the biggest chapters of my life—building our Bocconcini restaurant while still running our pop-ups, catering events, and everything in between, while also being a mom and a wife.

Hospitality has always been close to my heart. I’m deeply passionate about the art of bringing people together through beautiful food and thoughtfully curated experiences.

This journey has also taught me something about myself. I never knew I had this much strength and resilience in me to keep going, but it has shown me just how much we are capable of when we believe in something bigger than ourselves.

I also believe strongly in community, and I pledge to always show up for other women who may need support, encouragement, or a place where they feel seen.

And to all the women out there building something—from businesses to families to dreams—keep going. The late nights, the hard days, the perseverance… it’s all part of the story we’re writing.

Happy International Women’s Day. ✨— One Love, Tarsia

The new year is off to a great start.
Tastings, events, wine dinners, great food, incredible wines, and so many meaningful connections here in San Diego.
It’s moments like these that remind me that when plans change, opportunities grow — often in the most unexpected and rewarding ways.
Feeling proud, grateful, and energized for what’s ahead. 🍷#wine #winetasting #italianwine #winedinner #connection #goodvibe #winelovers #wineeducation #newyear

This Thanksgiving, we’re reflecting with full hearts.

We’re grateful for every guest who supports our wood-fired dream, for our incredible Bocconcini team and for the Wildomar community that continues to welcome and uplift us as we build our future second home.

A heartfelt grazie to Akash Winery and their wonderful guests for embracing us every weekend, and to our private event clients who invite us into their most special celebrations — your trust and support mean the world to us.

Thank you for being part of our journey and for letting us serve you a little piece of Italy right here in Temecula… and soon in Wildomar!

Buon Ringraziamento — from our family to yours. 🦃✨🍕🇮🇹
