Thank you Broome.

I think I’m still coming down from the big homecoming. It was definitely a special one and there’s many people to thank. Mostly the friends and family and Rubibi music lovers who supported the show, got tickets and got down early.

Big thanks to the wonderful @jadahunter98 for gifting us with her songs to begin the night, shoutout to @diverstavern for hosting us and to Mick Stephens @red_earth_sound for making it sound wonderful. To my rockstar band @elwoodgray, @eddohine, Arnhem Hunter and the man of the moment @wilthomasmusic.

Big love to the line dancing queens who stepped the crowd through Wiley Blue- @esthertavui, @sampigram__ @claudiaberson @jessiebhuntley (and crew).

AND to the family who pull it all together, Mum on the door with @moniquebroome, Aunty Cardi on the merch, Chicky on the cam corder, Dad holding the beer and merch Queen @marnieoliver. It’s a team effort and I’m pretty lucky to have one helluva team.

That’s all for now, I’ll be back soon. Once again thank you Broome 💜

It’s a contemplative kinda Friday..

I’ve been chatting to some great folks in the media landscape of Broome this week about the show coming up and thinking a lot on why it is so important to me so I’ve popped down some thoughts x

It’s taken me days to recover from the good times had at WAMCon and our Regional Gathering. Massive gratitude to everyone who came out early for my showcase @honkytonkfreo. I love my music community.

Thanks to the @wam_musicwa team for having me be part of it.. and the huge effort to make all the things happen.. with epic people. Music is all about community and connecting and this WA Music Week was full to the brim. ❤️

BROME TOWN!! It’s been a minute or so since I’ve been home and I’m coming back farer and wider and further than ever before so I think that calls for a celebration!

For my big band hometown Broome show I’ve released some early bird tickets, which are nice and affordable and limited so I’d jump on them quick (LINK IN MY BIO).

I’m bringing the band back together and I have the wonderful @jadahunter98 opening up the night and if the stars all align there could be some special guests but mostly it’s already gonna be special cos last time was (as you can see from these pictures right here). So I hope to be sharing in the good times with you.

That’s all for now, I’ll be back in touch soon ☀️

A little stripped back version of Look To The Sky, the opening track to the latest album. Can’t wait to be playing all these songs plus a set of my old original favorites @theloungebarbroome tomorrow (Sunday 28th) joined by beautiful friends @jjackettmusic @wilthomasmusic @elwoodgray and my niece Indi Ransom. It’s going to be pretty special. Still a few tix left. 🌹
