Throwing it back to one of the best culinary experiences on the Dublin calendar.

Next weekend, we’re back at @biggrillfestival in Herbert Park for four days of great food, live-fire cooking, cold drinks and plenty more.

We had an absolute ball last year. Very ready to do it all again.

Some very exciting news...

After three years at @qualitychop, it's time for me to move on.

It feels like only yesterday that @ashleybest8, @hannahkhoyratty, @jasmine_lbadr and @medztbh found me in a basket on the porch and took me in.

They taught me how to carry three plates, serve wine and make my voice heard in the kitchen. I went to wine school, culinary school, out on the fishing boats, onto the butcher's block and many more places I had never been.

As if that wasn't enough, I have made lifelong friends who I already miss dearly.

But my hospo story is far from over.

Back in March, I visited @wildflowers.restaurant and was blown away by what @aaronclarkpotter, @laura_jasmine and the team have created. By late Spring, I had an interview and trial shift, and in two weeks, I will start there as Assistant Restaurant Manager.

I hope to see many of you there once I've settled in. In the meantime please enjoy this random collection of photos from my time at QCH x
