Every property we walk has its own set of challenges. Our job is to look past the problems, find the solutions, and figure out what it would take to make the property work.

Sometimes it’s straightforward. Sometimes it takes a little more creativity. That’s why we walk every property before making the call.

See a property with potential? Send it our way.

A surprise appearance, a lot of laughs, and a walkthrough of one of our latest completed projects. We’d call that a successful day 🏡

Just minutes after the contract was signed, we were already on-site evaluating the property and building the plan.

Come take a walk through one of our newest projects and see exactly what we saw before the work began.

Stay tuned as we document the transformation from start to finish.

A full morning of property walkthroughs calls for a good lunch break.

Today’s stop: @nonnamercato in Long Beach.

Great food, great company, and then it was back to checking on projects. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a visit.

Five weeks of renovations later, it’s back on the market and ready for its next chapter.
