Was unsere Trainer:innen ausmacht – 3 Gründe 🍃 (1) Sie korrigieren deine Ausführung, denn nur die richtige Ausführung wirkt wirklich effektiv. Falsche Bewegungen bringen nicht nur weniger – sie können auch belasten. (2) Fehlstellungen und Haltungsmuster werden oft schon innerhalb weniger Minuten sichtbar. (3) Nicht jede Übung passt zu jedem Körper. Wir finden Hilfsmittel und Alternativen, die zu dir passen. Pilates ist kein “einfach mitmachen”. Es ist genaues Hinsehen.
