when both worlds collide… and you feel a little Hannah Montana about it. grateful to have been behind the mic this miami music week. 🌴🪩💪🏼

i’m still smiling thinking about this moment!!

kicking off the week teaching the first-ever SiriusXM BPM mat Pilates workout, set to a live mix by Coco & Breezy at Casa Electro, felt incredibly special. it was one of those rare moments where everything just aligned…movement, music, and energy all flowing together in real time. the room felt electric from start to finish. there’s something powerful about sharing a space where everyone is so present, so connected, and fully in it.

i’m so grateful to @cocoandbreezy for creating such a beautiful and unforgettable set, and to @ridanaser for bringing this entire vision to life and trusting me to be a part of it. truly a beautiful way to begin the week 💛

In case you needed proof that dance equals Natural Magic.

To celebrate the arrival of our Dragon Fruit Martini, we headed to @forward__space for an evening that blurred the line between a workout and night out.

Proof that the best kind of night includes a cocktail and a dance floor.

Welcome to the club.

@aplos.world Dragon Fruit Martini launch but make it a dance party!!

Started with non-alcoholic jello shots made from the drink (adaptogens + functional botanicals like moringa seed, ginseng, L-theanine & B12) and then jumped straight into a dance class at @forward__space

We warmed up, learned the moves, then combo’d it into choreography by the end. The instructor’s energy!!! the playlist!! UNMATCHED.

Vibes were HIGH and the drink? Refreshing, yummy, HEAVY beach day energy. After 3 sips I was ready to keep going... might be the ginseng talking. 🤷🏻‍♀️

l’ve loved Aplós for years (Ume Spritz girl forever)... but Dragon Fruit Martini might be my new favorite. 🤩

Functional beverages have my heart and Aplós just does it right. 🫶🏼
