Woah woah! What’s more romantic, finding a quiet place in a city full of buzz and noises, or a place with a view of the buzz and noises? @em.eff chooses both 😉 Congratulations to Michael @em.eff and Alexis @alexismoffett on this perfect proposal! A quiet intimate setting, overlooking the city of LA. Much like a quote from Mufasa to Simba in the “Lion King” “Everything the light touches, is our kingdom.” Now go and own the world together. ❤️

This #sketchmesebo was one I had been looking forward to doing. It did not disappoint.
. . .
Stippling is a strange mixture of torture and therapy and I think I love it but I know I hate it. Haven’t really ever done it before, so it was fun to mess around with. I like that it is ink based and can achieve darker darks and thusly a greater range of contrast. I wouldn’t recommend switching between stippling and lines though, your wrist gets into a groove and your head gets into a very particular space. So I’m not happy about the shaky line work on the shades, but I’m always happy to learn.
