in your 20’s you’re always looking to other people to find out ‘how’ you should live your life.

why don’t you start being your own influence onto your life & see how much changes.

here’s a collection of things I want to influencer myself on 💌 because the only person stopping you, is you?

the small moments, or ‘micro joys’ go unnoticed every single day.

yet they are the essence of life itself.

my morning coffee is my peace, it’s my time to truly settle into the day that lies ahead.

I often struggle to believe in myself, I need constant reassurance, and slowly I’m trying to find the balance between, allowing reassurance from others, but not depending on it for fulfillment in what I put my effort into.

I am all for “it’s who you know, not what you know”.

give of yourself and you will be rewarded.

it’s hard, seasons are busy and difficult, but always find time to pour into people who pour into you.

balancing uni, full time job, dreams and ambitions, is hard. I need to order my @lovelolla.official planner because my anxiety is through the rough with this to-do list in my head

being away from family means time together is treasured.

I took living at home and close to them for granted, and now I will never allow myself to take their lives for granted 🤍

you only have one body, and during seasons of late nights, early mornings, no energy, that’s when we give up on looking after our bodies the most.

we skip meals, we don’t move, we are exhausted.

but I need to wake up and realize I only have one body for this lifetime, and what a shame it would be to not treat it the way it deserves to be treated.

just go out, just have fun, do fun things, be a fun person.

there too much seriousness in the world, life is way to short.

your people are the ones who will carry you through the hardest seasons.

eish.

my poor pale skin.

saying yes to every opportunity that will help my career more forward.

yes to more sunsets in the air.

I don’t see them everyday, I don’t talk to them everyday, but I know they are on the other side of the phone, always there, and always ready to celebrate, help, or love on me and everyone around them

@babylonstoren is at the top of my list for a wholesome day with the girls 🩷

From a beautiful garden walkthrough, lunch at the table restaurants & a winery. They also have a hotel and spa, what more could you ask for 😍

life has been good, bad, sad, joyful, and literally absolutely every single feeling in between, but somehow I always go back to remembering how much I ✨dreamed✨ of a life like this.

of course it’s easy to focus on the things we don’t have, what we still want to achieve, but dreaming is all part of living, just don’t be so hard on yourself in the process of achieving those dreams.

life’s been rosy is all its forms & I couldn’t be more grateful for the person it’s shaping me into 🥺 ready to learn more & do more.

10 laser sessions later… and the results speak for themselves ✨

I visited the newly renovated @onlydeluxeaesthetics @stellenboschsquare for my 10th laser hair removal session and I’m honestly so impressed with the progress. I only need 2 more sessions before moving onto maintenance (just twice a year!).

What I’ve learned through this journey?

Consistency matters. And so does proper pre- and post-treatment care. The right products make a big difference in protecting your skin and maximising your results.

Beyond the treatment itself, their revamped space feels like such a calm, beautiful self-care sanctuary. And I love that they now stock gorgeous lifestyle pieces too - it’s hard not to browse a little before or after your appointment.

Already counting down to my next facial 💆‍♀️

If you’ve been considering laser hair removal, feel free to ask me anything about my experience - I’m an open book 💛
