90 Kenrick street, you beautiful thing 🩵 Thank you for choosing us. You were beautiful when we first met (credit to your previous owners), but we knew your bones were something special. We had been waiting for you to come into our lives and you did not disappoint. Over the past 12 months we have seen sides of each other that no one else sees, the good the bad and the ugly. Now that we are at the end, I can confidently say we are both better for it. You are perfect in every way. @em.revs and I started renovating houses back in 2021. From the get go I found this beautiful correlation between the renovation process and making art. Since our first project (the year we had the twins) we’ve have lived in 8 house 🤯 It’s not easy but we do love it! We live in the house until we figure out how best it will flow from a practicality stand point and then we jump into a rental and it’s all systems go. The reason I love it so much is becuase it’s just like a big artwork. A blank canvas to begin with that we can make our own. When the time comes we get to showcase it just like a big exhibition. I can’t wait to show this one 😍

What is important to you when designing a home?
To us, it’s the little moments in a house that make you say wow. Whether that’s the ornate ceilings, the stained glass, the archways. Creating a home that truely feels like a sanctuary is what our design work centres and why we always look for these features when choosing our projects. @lcg_building
