Time for another #wentkappawednesday! Meet one of our freshmen, Mia Rolon! Mia is a Communications major with a Journalism minor! Mia is a manager for the football team! Mia went Kappa because: “I went Kappa because I truly didn’t know what it was like to finally be in a stable home. I always moved or had something happening where nothing felt stable. Even coming to college it was a struggle getting adjusted. However, ever since just visiting Kappa and getting to know the girls, I have truly found a place where I can be myself, have older sister’s support, but most importantly know that I can rely on Kappa, whether the organization or the girls, to be there for me no matter what.” We love you Mia!

Time for another #wentkappawednesday! Meet one of our sophomores, Maddi Stillabower! Maddi is a Cellular Molecular Biology major with a Hispanic Studies minor! Maddi is a part of the symphonic band! Maddi went Kappa because: “I went Kappa because of the support I felt as soon as I walked into the house. I did not go through formal recruitment - the first time I came to Kappa was to visit my friend who is now one of my incredible sisters. She knew I needed a group of women to count on, and Kappa gave me just that. I feel so grateful for my sisters when they show up to my band concerts, when they greet me as I walk into the house, and when they ask me how I’m really doing. Kappa has changed my life for the better and I cannot wait to see myself and my sisters continue to grow and flourish.” We love you Maddi!
