A special night at the studio tonight🤰 Tonight Emalee taught her last classes before she heads off to have her beautiful baby. She’s taught right up until the very end... still bringing the energy she’s known for and giving 110% to her classes and our members. We’re going to miss you in the studio, but we can’t wait to meet the newest little member of the OHP fam 🥹🍼 Enjoy every minute of this next chapter, we’ll be so excited to have you back in the studio when the time comes 🤍

I call this my F+N glow up. 🫶🏼✨ And just like that my 9 magical months at @featherandnoise has come to a close. What a journey it has been. I don’t quite know where to even start. 🥹 I’ll begin by saying that I’ll forever be grateful for @makin.noise taking a risk, believing in me and giving me the opportunity to work alongside her indescribable team. Beyond the lives, stories, events, shoots, content days and reels is a team of strong and inspiring women. Women that have made Feather feel like home. @mollysmyth and @izzymazzeo my work sissys, words cannot describe how BLESSED I feel to have been able to learn and grow alongside you both. From the giggles and snacks we shared, tears, tragic moments and everything in between I wouldn’t trade any of it for the world (including those chippies that we shared 🍟) because I have gained two life long friends. Reflecting on my journey, I can't help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the incredible opportunities that have come my way over the past 9 months. From the very beginning, I've been given chances to challenge myself, to learn, and to soar higher than I ever imagined. The trust and belief my team have shown in me have fueled my passion and determination to give my best in everything I do. So this is me signing off from my role at F+N and reminding you all to seize every opportunity, trust in yourself, break new barriers, and create a future filled with even greater achievements. As one door closes, another one opens and this is just the beginning for me. 🤍🤍
