Introducing Arts of B.S. — Where Chaos Meets Clarity! 💋

We’re SO excited to announce that we’re officially entering the podcast game (LOL, yes, another podcast).

After YEARS of talking about this idea, countless late nights, and endless brainstorming sessions, we finally decided to do the scary thing and BET ON OURSELVES!

We’re Nordea and Emily, two best friends who believe B.S.ing is both an art AND a science, and we’re on a mission to master it.

Because let’s face it, life doesn’t come with a syllabus, but somehow we’re all expected to have the answers.

That’s where our “Professors” come in! Each episode brings a new lesson from guests who have BEEN THERE, DONE THAT and aren’t afraid to share the setbacks, breakthroughs, and REAL B.S. behind their journeys to success.

Together, we’re challenging the B.S. society normalizes, navigating the messy middle of adulthood, and finding clarity through all the chaos.

Because education doesn’t end at graduation, and we’re all still figuring it out along the way.

📚 Your first assignment? Join our community as we learn, unlearn, and master the Arts of B.S. together. (Don’t worry, no degree required!)

CLASS IS IN SESSION JANUARY 6, 2027!

I used to think surviving the storm was the victory. Now I know the real victory is becoming the rainbow for someone…

In a strange way, I’m grateful, somewhere throughout those hardships and traumas, I developed a relentless ambition, an intrinsic hustle, enormous empathy, and mastered the art of perseverance.

There is always another chapter.

There is always an opportunity to rebuild.

And eventually?
Yet again. There is a rainbow. 🌈✨

Today, sitting between these two incredible women on their incredible new endeavor, @artsofbs and telling my story, I realized something else: for perhaps the first time, I felt genuinely proud of myself for having the courage, vulnerability, and strength to share my entire story.

Not embarrassed by it.
Not ashamed of it.
Not trying to minimize it.

I have a platform, I want to use it. If I have privilege, access, a voice, or a seat at the table, I want to use those things to make space for others. A voice for the voiceless.

Because I know exactly what it feels like when somebody believes in you before you have learned how to believe in yourself.

And if sharing the my story makes even one person feel less alone, more hopeful, more capable, or more seen, then none of those chapters were wasted.

As Maya Angelou taught us: “when you know better, you do better.”

So I’m going to keep doing better.

Keep showing up.
Keep telling the truth.
Keep choosing gratitude.
Keep making room.
Keep turning pain into purpose.

Your hardship can be part of your story without becoming your identity.

The storm happened, but it is not the headline.

Thank you, @nordea.lewistv & @emallocco , for creating a space where honesty wasn’t something to be ashamed of, but something to be proud of.

Today, I was present in authenticity. I feel deeply honored to have shared that experience with the two of you. Today, perhaps for the first time…. I know that I deserve greatness and I am worthy. And that feels pretty damn good.

THIS yellow brick road has led to my new, innovative and inspiring business… ➡️@mkthecreativeintention

To My Beautiful Bridesmaids,

I honestly don’t even know where to begin because “thank you” doesn’t feel big enough.

Standing beside me on one of the most important days of my life was something I’ll cherish forever. Looking around and seeing each of your faces as I walked down the aisle reminded me just how blessed I am to have women in my life who have loved me, supported me, prayed for me, laughed with me, and helped shape me into the woman I am today.

Thank you for every late-night phone call, every dress fitting, every planning session, every word of encouragement, every happy tear, every dance, every hug, and every moment you poured into making this season so special. Your love didn’t go unnoticed, and I’ll never forget how you showed up for me.

I hope you know that just as you were there for me, I’ll always be there for you through every milestone, celebration, challenge, and dream.

I love you all more than words can express.
