Mic’d Up Ep. 2: MVT’s first lift after the off-season break. 🏐🔉

@benildemensvolleyball_ are back from off season break.
Did they maintain their condition, or are they back to zero?

As an S&C coach, how do you keep athletes from de-training during the off-season?

After 9 years, history has been made: NCAA Season 101 Men’s Volleyball Champions! 🏆

Behind this victory are countless sacrifices: early 5:30 am weight sessions, long days, puyat kakagawa ng program and all out commitment. Every moment was worth it. I’m incredibly proud of this team, the growth, the maturity, and the resilience they’ve shown throughout the journey.

I’ve learned so many valuable lessons along the way. Huge credit to the players for giving their all on the court, and to the coaches for bringing out the best in each athlete. Specially thanks to Coach Arnold for entrusting me this team as their strength and conditioning coach.

Deep gratitude as well to my mentor, PT S&C @gracyhappy , for guiding me in helping this team elevate their performance and reach this milestone.

Also proud of my Rob Performance athletes from the Benilde Women’s Volleyball Team, your fight and dedication never go unnoticed. Bawi tayo next year.

Honored to be part of history. The work doesn’t stop here, on to the next. God is good! 🙏🏼 Ang galing mo Lord.
