From horizontal ice last weekend to vertical ice this week. As a compromise Sunday meant heading out to get some air - and I quickly filled a car ❤️‍🔥 with happy ice-chopping buddies. Another car pulled up right when we parked (as usual at this very social ice crag 💃) and out came more climbing friends - turning the day to an unplanned 4-5 ropeteams ice climbing meet 🤟🏻.

Despite the -12 degrees it was wet with the top curtain drizzling with water from the marsh above (there’s often water on this wall even in colder weather). My lead psyche was a bit off due to some nausea, but I’d rather fight infection while placing ice-screws than feeling crap indoors 😹. Worked fine - felt much better at the end of the day (besides the nose which turned into a tap!)

So grateful to have like-minded friends around that also needs to get out and play on short notice! 🫶 @emanuelhellgren @mollyfondelius @emmalimosa @highmountainliving and the GOO-team with @printzzen Mają, John-John och Rasmus 🥰.

Thank’s for an awesome all-day-out with the last pitches on headlamps as the days are still a bit short… and additional 📷 by @emmalimosa and @mollyfondelius.

Appreciation post. Has been living and guidning kayak and hiking on Lofoten this summer for @reineadventure Living in an a fairytale world. But the best part it’s not the unreal landscape it’s the people around you. Meeting and hanging out with wonderful people makes everything. Thank you ❤️⛰️A few mixed pictures from the summer in a random order.
