Positano, Italy.

One of the things I love about working in Italy is that I get to travel so much. And even though I’ve visited many beautiful places over the years, I still enjoy discovering new streets, finding interesting light and seeing how each location becomes part of the photographs.

Los Angeles couple Hannah & Brian married at the historic residence of Domus Laeta, in the charming village of Giungano set high in the hills of Italy’s famed Cilento coast.

Hannah wore two magnificent gowns by @nicolefeliciacouture, each a study in poised, sculptural elegance, paired with shoes by @manoloblahnik and @jimmychoo. Brian chose @brunellocucinelli_brand, the quiet authority of Italian tailoring at its most considered.

The ceremony was held in the open air, as grey clouds fortuitously parted and bathed sunlight on the olive fields below. Guests drifted into aperitivo hour as Hannah & Brian slipped away for a wander through Giungano’s cobblestone lanes, where the town’s soft pink stone walls radiated warmth of the late afternoon light.

As evening fell, everyone gathered at tables beneath grapevines for an intimate dinner by candlelight. Blue hour washed the sky in deep cobalt, the view stretching across the land to the coastline, as glasses were raised, stories were shared and the dance floor carried on into the early hours.

Sometimes you meet people and you just click and you follow them on their journey in life. Kelley is the sweetest person and she made us forget we were actually at work. It felt more like friends hanging out. It was more than a pleasure to part of her big day! Wishing her all of happiness she deserves!
