@ember.collaborative 2024

When we gather we amplify our magic and our gifts.
There is so much healing when we are wrapped in the feminine capacity to nurture, love, play, laugh, learn and simply be.

Thank you for a delicious weekend of community, I love nothing more than being amongst an entire group of women and vulva owning people hyping each other up reflecting the beauty in each other, to each other.

Thank you @botanical.abundance for having me in the Health Temple team and the attendees who came for #holisticpelviccare it was a true honour to share this work with you.

Nope, I didn’t capture any moments of me working but lots of me twerking!

So much soul food, friendship and love that I’m still digesting and integrating with so much #gratitude

YOU SHOULD TRY THIS…..
Gathering in community with my sisters.
Healing for the heart and soul.
For my lineage. For my inner child. For me here and now.
Free to be true. To share. To express. To connect. To learn.
Thankyou sacred lands and waters.
Thankyou sisters.
Thankyou to everything that has happened to bring me to this moment here and now.
Grateful, abundant, full of joy and experience.

🌀🌿🪶🪷🌏💃🏽🔥🦋

You have the choice remember that babe x

Thankyou @ember.collaborative and all the women that chose themselves and showed up in their authentic expression. To be a woman, to love and be free 💗

What a weekend! 🥹🌼✨️🔥💞🌿

Thankyou @ember.collaborative for all the amazing facilitators and volunteers for creating such a beautiful space like none other. I've never felt more comfortable in my skin 🙌🏻

As I navigate through what has been the toughest year of my life, I can't explain how healing it has been to immerse myself if spaces like this. I truly believe we women need other women to survive, grow, and learn.

It's times like these I am fully grounded, living truly in the present moment, and for that, I am grateful.

@ember.collaborative you have my heart ❤️‍🔥 thank you till infinity!!! when women gather beautiful things happens, here’s some reflections:

💫 it’s in women’s DNA to “wooo” & scream in sync when we see something we love

💫 there is no competition when we feel safe

💫 approximately 40% of all conversations had were centred on complimenting one another

💫 gathering in community is a human need and is so deeply healing

BRUK OFF YUH BACK WORKSHOP
🍃: @ember.collaborative
📍: Glenworth Valley

I am blessed to facilitate a dance workshop in the camp. Took the opportunity to introduce Dancehall to these women. We did a BRUK OFF YUH BACK class. Bruk Off means Break Off, not literally the back, but to show how powerful the women’s hips and lower back are! Jamaicans believe that in dancing their heartbeat is in their hips.

I attended a lecture with Orville Xpressionz and I couldn’t forget what he said about TWERK in Jamaica. He shared a story of a woman back riding in a motorcycle wearing a batty rider. The people couldn’t resist looking at her back jiggling from the turned on engine of the motorcycle while waiting for the green light. From then on, they began doing this gesture in street parties! How powerful to learn these moves that were not created for a dance studio set up, it’s how they deal with everyday life. Respect to all di creators of Dancehall moves. Big up to you always! 🙌🏽

I had the absolute pleasure of being on TEAM ZEN DEN at @ember.collaborative this year. Our collective of healers created the most beautiful haven for the festival. I loved working alongside these incredible medicine women!! Thank you Amanda from @inbloomyogamassage for being our lead. You are AMAZING!

I bought a ticket to this festival on a whim. I felt an intuitive nudge and I’m so glad I listened.

I’m steeped in gratitude and love.

Magic is real, don’t stop looking and searching and desiring for more more more in this life! And then maybe just maybe you’ll realize the magic was inside allllll along hehe.

And the world is begging for your magic. It’s so much bigger than just me, just you. Find your magic so that others may find theirs and it keeps cascading and multiplying. Imagine that world… SHEEEESH.

HUGE thank you to the women behind @ember.collaborative , big fan, love your work, can’t wait for next time ❤️⛺️🌲🌿

Held in a valley, sandstone country rising up around us in a tree-cloaked embrace for the weekend at @ember.collaborative. It was truly SO perfect, thankyou ladies for creating a safe space for every form of expression to fly 🕊️ Undoubtedly one of the best weekends of the year. When women gather ❣️💃🏼👯‍♀️ Magic unfolds! Workshops, learning, feeling, movement, play, swimming, laughing, connecting, cuddling and LOTS of dancing 😘 Throw in a baby blessing for @daaughterofthesun and I can't see anything better 💛🧡
