The baby surely is taking her sweet time but Coach Emily isn’t slowing down just yet. 💪

Still crushing workouts past her due date, listening to her body, and reminding us all that strength comes in so many forms. 🙌

You’re an absolute badass, Emily. We can’t wait to meet the newest member of the F45 fam! ❤️👶

Watch how F45 MH Coaches jumped into the trend. 💥

The goal sounded simple: get both toes inside the band. 👀💪

Some coaches nailed it. But we’ll let the reel speak for itself. 😉

Guess how many coaches completed the challenge? Drop your guesses in the comments!

Kicking off October with a little trick and treat. 🎃👻

MH coaches had to do a burpee for every dessert they love… and let’s just say, they LOVE dessert. 😂💪

Can you spot which coach has the biggest sweet tooth? Drop your guess below! 😁

So excited to hit the milestone! After my knee surgeries, I was told I couldn’t do more than half the things I’m doing today and I attribute that so much to the Daily works out at F45. I worked in physical therapy and sports medicine in my 20s and literally every day is like physical therapy at F45 for me. To say I love F45 would be a huge understatement❣️

It’s always so hard to pick just a few images from a session because each photo holds a story—but together, they capture so much more. A maternity session isn’t just about the “perfect” shot; it’s about preserving how life feels in this moment. The excitement, the anticipation, the love. ✨

Yesterday, I completed my first HYROX in Las Vegas! 🎉 Setting this goal 6-months ago on my 45th birthday made crossing that finish line even more rewarding. 💪

Setting goals and staying consistent is key - especially when it pushes you out of your comfort zone. HYROX was a great test of cardio, strength, and endurance: 8 x 1km runs plus functional stations like sled pushes, burpees, rowing, and farmer’s carries.

Super grateful to the F45 Morgan Hill crew and coaches, especially Jade, for all the support. And to my partner Russell for always pushing me to my limits!

On to the next challenge! 💥
