BEAUTY AS A PORTAL
The Art of Gua Sha & Facial Ritual

The human face is not a static, decorative surface to be fixed or filtered—it is a physical and energetic connection to the universe through the nervous system, self-expression, and presence.

Join us for this special workshop by Wendi Hardage, licensed facialist, educator, and owner of the transcendent Misaotra Beauty Sanctuary and learn how beauty rituals can be an approachable, grounding doorway for internal recalibration, power, and self-connection.

BEAUTY AS A PORTAL
The Art of Gua Sha & Facial Ritual
Saturday, November 7th • 3-6pm
@embodymemphis
*Gua Sha stone NOT included in workshop

In this workshop, you’ll learn to awaken qi, increase blood flow & remove toxins while receiving the benefit of lifting the face and neck. Through the traditional Chinese medicine technique of Gua Sha, you’ll be guided step-by-step on how to improve skin complexion & brightness and leave feeling confident to complete your own beauty ritual at home.

We will open our time together with Blue Lotus Tea infused with Floridian Orange Blossom Honey + light breathwork to awaken the portal within our hearts, the portal that allows our truest, most radiant beauty to shine.

Do not miss this opportunity to connect fully with your SKIN + SPIRIT, tuning into the wellspring of BEAUTY WITHIN that radiants when the mind, body, + soul align through the gateway of the heart and ancient wisdom.

How do you ground and reconnect? 🌿

When life gets busy, noisy, or overwhelming, grounding helps us return to ourselves. A walk in nature, a deep breath, bare feet on the earth, or a quiet moment can create the space to reconnect.

The way we show up for ourselves becomes the way we show up in our relationships. When we’re more present with ourselves, we can listen more deeply, communicate more honestly, and love more intentionally.

Relationships thrive when we keep returning to ourselves and choosing connection.

Join us for the Sacred Connections Couples Retreat • February 12–14 at Embody Memphis. A weekend to slow down, reconnect, play and remember what matters most.

THE SWEETNESS OF DOING NOTHING…

⏰ **36 HOURS LEFT!**

Okay, sis… **what are you waiting for?**

You’ve been showing up. Leading. Caring. Handling ALL the things.

Can’t do both days? No problem.
Choose the ONE-DAY optionand come on the day that works best for YOU.

Move some things around. Ask for help. Say no to something that can wait.

**Do whatever it takes to get there.**

You don’t have to earn your rest.
You don’t have to wait until you’re exhausted.
You’re WORTHY & you can choose yourself NOW!!!

✨ **48 hours. One decision. A whole lot of goodness waiting for you.**

🌻Come anyway. Come for one day. Come exactly as you are.✨
