Nobody tells you that supervision will make you question everything you thought you knew and somehow leave you more grounded than before.

One day you're confident about a case. The next, your supervisor asks one question and you're back at square one. Not because you were wrong. But because there was a layer you hadn't seen yet.

That's the strange gift of being a supervisee. You're always a student. Always looking deeper. Always being asked to sit with uncertainty a little longer.

A day in the life 🌿

PARENTING ISNT A PIECE OF CAKE as considered by many , but is a complex and ever-evolving journey that demands emotional resilience, adaptability, and deep self-awareness. It’s not just about guiding a child but also about confronting and managing your own anxieties, expectations, and past experiences. The challenges of parenting can shape both the parent and the child, often requiring ongoing reflection and growth. 🎀

Hey buddies let’s learn together!!! 🧠👩🏻‍⚕️✍🏻
-
The Rorschach test is a psychological assessment tool used to evaluate a person’s underlying thoughts, feelings, and personality traits. Here’s a simple explanation for a beginner:

-
-
What is the Rorschach Test? 🤷🏻‍♀️
👉The Rorschach test, also known as the Rorschach Inkblot Test, is named after its creator, Hermann Rorschach, a Swiss psychiatrist. It consists of a series of 10 inkblot cards, each with a unique, ambiguous design.
-
How Does It Work? 🤷🏻‍♀️
👉 During the test, a psychologist shows the inkblot cards to the person being assessed, one at a time.
🪞The person is asked to describe what they see in each inkblot.
-
What Does It Measure? 🧠
👉 These patterns can reveal insights into the person’s emotional functioning, thought processes, and personality characteristics.
-
Purpose of the Test 🤷🏻‍♀️
👉 The Rorschach test can help diagnose mental health conditions, understand emotional difficulties, and explore aspects of a person’s personality.
⭕️ It provides a holistic view of an individual’s psychological state by revealing unconscious thoughts and feelings.
-
Important Considerations ❗️❗️❗️
👉 Interpretation of the Rorschach test can be subjective, so it’s important that it’s administered and analyzed by a trained and experienced psychologist.

#saday_soldiers have recently visited some adolescent boys🧑🏻‍💼 for a session that shed light on the puberty in boys🧑🏻‍💼 and the mental wellbeing among men👨🏻 under the Project Samjh : Boy to Manhood.🌈

When the body is ready to begin puberty, our brain🧠 will tell the pituitary gland to release special hormones. This special hormones will work with our body to change it from being a boy🧑🏻‍💼 to a man👨🏻.

Depending on whether you’re a boy🧑🏻‍💼 or a girl👩🏻‍💼, these hormones go to work on your skin, reproductive organs and hair. It also affects your emotions and moods.🫥 This happens naturally, and no one can force it to happen sooner or later.

Our brain🧠 will mature too, and almost everything will change, and the way we see👀 and feel things will change. After puberty one will no longer be a little boy🧑🏻‍💼. He will be an adolescent and will be expected to behave like man👨🏻.

But it is important to know that after puberty, even though you are no longer a child👶🏻, you still need to take your time and discover more of yourself. You have to be patient😌 and learn a lot about choices and consequences, until you are very ready to live as an adult.🍁

#saday_soldiers have recently visited some adolescent boys at Titliyan Foundation,Noida under the Project Samjh : Boy to Manhood.🌈

With this project Saday members have taken the opportunity to educate🧑🏻‍🏫 boys about puberty. They also explained about the different stages of puberty and changes at physical and mental level they encounter at different ages.🍁

✨️What is Puberty for boys?
The body of every boy👦🏻 (below the age of 9) is very different from that of a man👨🏻. When we look at a man and a boy, there are distinct differences. We will notice that the man is hairy all over, muscular, and speaks with a very hoarse voice. 🗣️

Puberty is when our body changes from a child👶🏻 to that of a man, an adult. Boys👦🏻 start puberty around 10 or 12 years old, but it can happen earlier or later. The changes happen because of the male hormones one among them is called testosterone produced by the testes in boys. The time when the physical changes and emotional changes happen is called adolescence.🙌

Where to expect changes:-
• Brain🧠 -Thoughts, moods, feelings
• Face🧔🏻-Hairs (Beards, mustache)
• Neck-Adam’s apple, hoarse voice
• Chest-Enlarge, Grow hairs
• Under arms-Grow hairs, sweat
• Genital(Penis and Testes)-Enlarge, grow hairs
• Legs 🦵 - Grow hairs
