I’m excited and honored to announce that I’ll be returning to my alma mater, @meridiancc, as the in-house Public Address Announcer for @mcceaglesathletics_, covering Volleyball and both the Men’s & Women’s Basketball teams!

This opportunity is especially meaningful to me because I literally grew up next door to Meridian Community College. As a kid, I rode my bike all over campus and dreamed of one day being a part of the athletics program there. Now, all these years later, that dream is becoming a reality.

I guess you could say I “Earned My Wings” at MCC back in 1994 when I graduated, and now I get the incredible opportunity to come back home and be a part of the Eagles family in a whole new way.

While I’m incredibly excited about what’s ahead, this announcement also comes with some bittersweet feelings as I say goodbye to @emccathletics .

EMCC has been so good to me, and I’ll always be grateful for the friendships, memories, and opportunities I’ve had there. A very special thank-you goes to David Rosinski, who is not only a dear friend but someone who has taught me so much along the way. I’m truly thankful for everything he has done for me and for the trust he placed in me.

Sometimes, opportunities come along that simply feel like the right time and the right place. For me, this is about coming back home, being closer to home, and becoming part of a place that has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.

I’m excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to hear those crowds, call those games, and once again be a part of Meridian Community College Athletics!

Go Eagles! 🦅🏐🏀
