Hip Hop pioneers MC G.L.O.B.E. & M.C. Sha-Rock unite for the 1st time on this scratch-heavy tribute to Cut-Up records of the past.

Backed by Ireland’s D22 Turntable Quartet, featuring former World Scratch Champion DJ Flip alongside Cutmaster Jay, DJ Control & DJ Laz-e, this B-boy friendly 8-track 12” brings Hip Hop back to basics - with cuts, rhymes, instrumentals, a cappella versions & remixes from Jimmy Green, DJ Quest, DJ Pnutz & Rob-T.

Originally conceived as part of Resume Recordings 2023 remix contest celebrating the golden era of DJ/MC call & response records & Double Dee & Steinski’s legendary “Payoff Mix,” this long-awaited release is finally here on 12” White Vinyl.

Today’s one armed B-Beat session is a heavily inspired by the legendary DJ Whiz Kid, if you know you know! 🔥🙌🔥 I Can’t Stop is my favourite break for cutting up, I can go back and forth with it all day but NOBODY rocked it like Whiz Kid, so ahead of his time, true Hip Hop pioneer, RIP!! 🙏❤️🙏 #djwhizkid #icantstop #discobreaks #vinyldj #livemix @emceeglobe
