My life in moments 🫧🍒🦋🌱☁️🧿

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Almost 2 years training with this amazing human @emcon_xo ! Thank you for all you’ve taught me and instilled in me to take care of myself and roll with the ups and downs of life. I’m roughly 30 lbs down but more importantly I am strong, I am confident, and I’m determined to continue on. I’ll miss our weekly gab sessions, I mean workouts, but I’ll see you at class! Love you, girlie! 🥰❤️

This past weekend, our members and coaches put their training to the test at @deka.fit and the results spoke for themselves.

From overall group winners to personal bests, every performance reflected the consistency and dedication they’ve put in long before the sneakers hit the competition floor. 💪🏼

We’re also incredibly proud to have been recognized as one of the gyms with the largest number of members at the competition. WE ROLL DEEP.

That’s a testament to the culture we’ve built which is one that celebrates hard work, pushes each other to improve, and shows up together.

Congratulations to everyone who competed. Whether you stood on the podium or simply had the courage to step onto the competition floor, we’re cheering you on HARD. 🏆🧡

If I knew then what I know now:

I asked BFITT Coaches what are some common mistakes they see during this phase and here are their responses

📢People go to light
📢People go to heavy
📢People are unsure of what weights to choose based on this rep range
📢Poor Pacing during and then they burnout too fast

In the Endurance phase we would like to see more of a mind body connection. It’s not just about the weights and reps but about intentionally feeling the muscles active and endure.

Note 📝 if you are bored with reps or workouts be meticulous on form from beginning to end. Repetition equals retention and practicing poor form in this phase will lead to that same form when lifting heavier.

@bestfitnessclubs we love knowing that this endurance phase helps increase longevity in our program over the years. You are conditioned and prepared for all the different things we challenge you with.

Benefits of muscular endurance
💪🏾Enhanced Daily Function & Posture
💪🏾Injury Prevention & Mobility
💪🏾Athletic Performance
💪🏾Cardiovascular & Metabolic Health

The Conditioning from this phase will help in real life situations where the muscle needs to fire up and be use for a longer period of time.

Don’t give up. There’s purpose behind everything you do.
