End of a Wild era 💛

In 2017, I popped into @wildfloraldesign for work experience. Helen asked if I liked cocktails, offered me a job… and I went back to my car and cried in the car park because I couldn’t quite believe it 😂❤️

And today I worked my last official shift.

It feels so strange to say goodbye to something that has been such a huge part of my life for so long. But I’ve been building Linden Lea alongside working at Wild for a couple of years and it’s time to properly take the plunge 💛

I just want to publicly say a huge enormous THANK YOU to the Wild team. It’s been 9 years of flowers, belly laughs and supporting each other through all sorts of life chaos, fuelled by an alarming number of brews and the dirty dancing soundtrack. (I’d genuinely love to see a tally of how many cups of tea we’ve got through. And I’m confident Tesco across the road is about to notice a huge drop in chocolate croissant sales.)

@helenhvaal - I’ll always be so grateful you gave me that chance 9 years ago. As cheesy as it sounds, walking through your door in 2017 changed my life 💛 simple as. And I wouldn’t be about to take this next step without your support and encouragement over the past few years. It’s meant so much.

And @thefleurfatale for being the best work wife and cheerleader a gal could ask for. You are the very best of humans.

It’s weird to think I won’t be walking through the door on Thursday. I’ll miss the gossiping, the chaos, the laughs, the lovely customers. But most of all seeing my wonderful Wild flower family all the time 💛

Keep creating loveliness you wonderful, wonderful lot.
