You can’t reach your full potential by staying comfortable. 😤

And you don’t have to do it alone.

The right coach pushes you into places you wouldn’t always push yourself… Heavier, faster, higher, harder.

The goal isn’t to make training comfortable.

The goal is to make you capable of more.

Because sometimes the next level requires someone who refuses to let you settle for the level you’re at.

Remember that you don’t rise to the level of your expectations. You fall to the level of your training.

So get up, get uncomfortable and OUTWORK. 🦉

💰 It’s money time 💰

Details matter. Speed matters. But when it’s time to perform, you have to be able to push your limits.

Twitch work. Plyos. Reaction. Control. Explosive movement.
Obsession over details‼️

We’re not just training movements we’re building a mind and a body that can execute when it matters.

Pressure reveals preparation. 🦉⚡️

Feet. Plyos. CNS. COD. Sprinting. Testing.

Different systems. One goal:

Move better. React faster. Outwork.🦉

Twitch work ⚡️

Twitch is raw quickness, basically how fast you can explode, brake, redirect, and go again.

Because in the game, the athlete who wins the first step often wins the space.

Less time reacting.
More time creating separation.

Train the twitch. Win the first step.

Landing is a skill.
Train it.

You train the jump.
Do you train the landing?

Force absorption is a skill.
Not an accident.

If you can’t absorb force →
you can’t redirect it.

That’s where speed is lost.
And injuries happen.

Fix it.
