This bride made me cry 🥹

A decade ago , we had an awful working experience at a particular location and blacklisted it . A decade later , she insisted we accept her booking .

She said , “ I told my husband I’m getting married with two demands . One , he’s the groom . Two , you’re my MUA . He said he’ll arrange everything I need to ensure I have a great experience being a part of our wedding “

How could I say no to such a sweet bride ? 🥹♥️

An entire year of choosing outfits , designing blouses , customising sarees , skincare guidance , colour palettes and curating her whole look . We became her personal stylist and wedding therapist , too 😂 I could see how much she yearned for a sister by her side throughout this journey .

She went above and beyond to accommodate us . A pet friendly homestay for two nights , insisting we bring Foxy , catering just for us and even arranging ZUS coffee in a rural area . Honestly , it felt more like a family event than a work trip .

Before I even started makeup , she hugged me and handed me boxes and boxes of gifts 🥹🧿🪬

I said , “ I haven’t even started “

She replied , “ Enakke theriyum kaa , naa romba azhaga iruppen with your magical hands . These aren’t just for today but for everything you’ve done for me , kaa “ 🥹

She had been picking these gifts for me over the months . She wasn’t waiting for the final result to appreciate me . She was appreciating the entire journey .

Once again , I cried at the same place where I had an awful working experience a decade ago . But this time , out of happiness .

The same place , a completely different experience ♥️

I’m not sharing this to show off . These gestures take thought , effort , time and money . When a client goes above and beyond to appreciate someone , imagine how much they valued the journey .

We gave her our time , guidance and sincerity . She made us feel like family in return .

This is something we earned through our sincerity and hard work . Not luck .

At the end of the day , it’s never just about makeup . It’s about how we make our brides feel and the relationships we build along the way .

Thank you fo
