Transparency Post: Since, I was about 23yrs old, I’ve had this vision , desire, community that had been in my heart to curate called “SHIFT IT”. I’m 33 now and On June 17th 2025, I hosted my very first Workout Session and I went through a lot of emotions leading up to this day and afterwards!! I began to doubt, feel less motivated and was overall nervous about how everything would turn out. Would I be energetic enough? Am I really ready to lead?.. Although I had these feelings and fears of the unknown I did it anyway!! GAWSH!!!

I packed all my equipment up and trusted GOD! I had waist trainers, waters, and even a special tent for people to change or use the potty 🫣🤭 because anybody that knows me knowsss me.. that when I gotta go I GOTTA GOOO ! Haha. Anyway, only 2 people came. My SON and my MOM @EmergingRealtor . All that nervousness and two people whom I feel the most comfortable with was with me. I was able to make mistakes, learn my teaching rhythm and just take my time and have fun SHIFTING IT!! Shifting from FEAR to FAITH. SHIFTing a vision into REALITY. SHIFTing into who GOD designed me to be!!!

I encourage you to do it anyway even in the hesitation.
TRUST GOD and lean not into your own understanding..
