Today was my last SIJG tournament of the summer at Wooded View, and I finished first place with an 82! I started on hole 10 and shot a 45 on that nine, but I was able to rally on the front and I shot a 37. I’m thankful for this awesome program and the great competition that I get to experience. Can’t wait for next summer!

Had a solid 3 days this week!

On monday I played Covered Bridge and shot an 81 (44,37) I struggled on the front but pulled it together and ended up getting second! It started pouring down rain on the back 9 so shooting the score I did on the back was pretty nice.

On Tuesday I played Hidden Creek and shot 81 (40,41) and ended up getting third place! It was very hot and I struggled with my chipping but still shooting the score I did is something I am proud of.

And today, I played Elk Run, I shot a 78 (37,41) and ended up finishing in 2nd place! Playing for the third day in a row and shooting a good score is something I am proud of. We also had a rain delay after 9 holes so getting back out there and doing well was great! Overall I had a great 3 days and i’m ready for more!
