Senior year powerlifting season🥹🥹🥹how bittersweet it’s over. Being able to compete at regional AND state level is something I would have never thought possible, and I am so lucky to have had the opportunity!!! While my state meet wasn’t my best performance, I am so content with my performance this season, and exceeding goals I set for myself in all lifts!! After a lift goes south, I just can’t help but remind myself, bella this sport and your health is a gift, not a given. I am grateful I have a fully functioning body that is able to perform, even on my bad days!!! Praise God for providing strength in me that was abundantly greater than my own whether it was mentally or physically. And my sweet team :,) I love the sweet group and memories in the weigh room for the short 3 month season we had. Eternally grateful. If you told freshman year bella she would be going to state in powerlifting her senior year, she would not have believed you😂.

Some of my best lifts this season :) with vids 😋
Squat: 330
Bench:190
Deadlift: 315
