This moment has been four years in the making. I never knew how this moment will feel until it actually happened. I’m so grateful for what marching band has done for me and how it changed me as a person. I’ve met a lot of friends and some I can call family. No matter how I much I say saw that I hate rehearsals and I hate some other aspects, I still love it. The process of learning a new show and being able to teach other people something that I love is something I’m going to greatly miss. I only have one show left to do and I will probably cry after that performance because of how marching band has changed my life. I want to specifically thank @jboggs64 @shclarmet @xena.vasquez @psriragini @yung_civic_boy_matt @taramisiura for being the people I can count on this last few years and you are the friends I will never forget.
To the saxophone section: wow you annoy the hell out of me but I love each and every single one of you. I’m so glad I had to be your captain the last two years and the chance to be apart of the best section in marching band. Thank you @haley.jetter and @fiona.weber for teaching me how to be the best marching band player I can be.
To Matt and Jeremy: Thank you for being brothers these last few years. Thank you for making me enjoy every rehearsal and every performance. We might get annoyed at each other once in a while but I still love you two. I have seen you two grow from when we were freshman to where we are now... not that much to be honest😂 but seriously I believe you two will become fine men and I can’t see where you both end up in the future. I know some people hate you and hate the fact that I hang out with you so much but you I enjoy talking to you and you are one of my best friends. I love you both😁
