@emi_campbell Went and found a good one ❤️‍🔥🐟
Up there with the best and most anticipated macky spears ever! Strong current, not the best vis and being out of the game for a long time, but it feels oh so sweet to be back! Was on the dive down for a trout I’d seen previously and looked across and made eye contact with this solo Mack, swam below it, it turned exactly where I wanted it to be and I nailed a perfect holding shot! Thanks to captain chrimes for keeping an eye on me on all my dives, making sure I was safe and for all the support before, during and after🫱🏽‍🫲🏾💪🏽

7 weeks of working with my client @emi_campbell - we changed the goal and everything changed with it 💪

From EMI: “I used to think my goal was to get as skinny as possible. I became so focused on losing weight and getting smaller that I lost sight of all things my body was actually capable of. I started losing muscle, getting sick, run down, hair falling out but because the number on the scale kept dropping, I ignored it and I thought I was succeeding. In reality, I was just getting weaker.

Eventually, I realised that smaller doesn’t automatically mean happier or healthier. I wanted more energy, more muscle, better health and a body that could actually keep up with the life I want to live; surfing, training, travelling and working hard.

So I changed the goal..
Instead of asking, “How can I get smaller?” I started asking, “How can I get stronger and healthier?”

I’m not chasing the smallest version of myself anymore. I’m chasing the strongest, healthiest and most capable version. Because the biggest transformation isn’t always how your body looks; it’s what your body can do 🤍”.
