I am proud to announce that I will be joining @abtschool JKO pre professional school for the 2026-2027 school year!!! 🩰✨ I want to give a huge, unbelievable, if there was another word to describe how big I want to thank this place, THANK YOU to @idaballetweston for helping to make this happen. The discipline, training, support, and love that comes from IDA is unlike any other studio. I have been at this studio since I was four and they have grown and shaped me into the dancer and person I am today. They will always have a very special place in my heart and a place I will forever call home. Thank you to all my teachers who have pushed me and have believed in me @sodalu @lourdesgomezballet @roberta An extra special thank you especially to @marybuttner @debnickmatt_frank and @ms_msshaina for making this possible. Without you I don’t know how I would even be where I am today. Thank you to all my friends that have supported me and always given me an extra cheer from behind the wings or in class. You guys made every class, rehearsal, and even breaks better than anyone else could with our inside jokes and deep love that I will forever hold on to. Lastly I want to thank my family, especially @emilieaabel and @brianabel40 for being there on the days that were hard and on the days that were easy. From driving me early in the morning and picking me up late at night, you guys made it all possible. I could not ask for more supportive parents than the two of you and I am truly blessed that I am in the family I am in. ❤️ I am so excited to start this amazing journey and can’t wait to learn and make the memories to come 💗

Had so much fun “hanging out” with @isa.ballet.14 today! She is my BFF’s ( @emilieaabel ) daughter and she is here in NYC for the @abtschool summer intensive which just happens to be right next door to my studio! Pilates is so good for young dancers. Oh how I wish I knew then what I know now! Keep up the good work Isabel! 💕🩰🫶

Proof that hair appointments are basically therapy with better lighting ❤️
Feeling so lucky to have clients who’ve become friends. Some of you have been in my chair for nearly 10 years! Thanks for trusting me with your hair and always giving me something to laugh about along the way.

There are no words to describe the joy of watching Matthew perform Jean Valjean.

The cast was amazing, the production was outstanding, and Matthew rose to the occasion and more.

Thank you to our friends and family who came to support and cheer him on. Your love and support means everything.
