It’s not every evening the Melbourne Cup joins you for dinner 🏆

Last night we were delighted to welcome the trophy to Saros & The Sebel Moonee Ponds as part of the 2026 Lexus Melbourne Cup Tour.

Two-time Melbourne Cup-winning jockey @coreybrownjock joined us to share stories from his career. He gave a rare look at what the race is like from the saddle, and he was a wonderful guest.

@timwatsonmusician from Taxi Ride performed live through the evening, which set the perfect tone for the night.

Thank you to Corey, Tim and everyone who joined us. It was a pleasure to host such a special occasion.

Also a special thanks to:

Hello 🤍
I’m Steph, and this is the face behind SKN Artistry!

I’ve been an artist for over 9 years in that time I have painted 100s of faces and been apart of so many special moments.

Here’s what I’ve worked out in that time. Brides don’t really book a makeup artist. They book the person who’s going to be in the room at 7am when everyone’s nervous, someone’s mum has started crying and it’s starting to all feel real. Being good with a brush is the baseline. Being calm is the actual job and bringing the vibes is essential!

If you’re looking for someone for your morning, I’d genuinely love to hear about your day 🫶🏼

One of the best things about being part of a wedding creative collaboration? We get to PLAY. ✨

It’s the chance to experiment with styling, hair, makeup and photography. We can test ideas, push the boundaries and create something a little different to inspire our future brides 👰‍♀️.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any one on the team:
@amazingdaysphotos, @eventsbyshann, @skn_artistry, @dream.hair.artistry @yolanda_wilhelm , @emily.ryanking @olindateahouse
And this whirling, slow-shutter moment… 😍 I’m obsessed, because it’s different!

Creatives doing what creatives do best. Emily is wearing our Evie wedding dress.

Such an inspiring day shooting with this beautiful team 🤍✨

A big thank you to Steph from @skn_artistry for organising everything so beautifully and for thinking of me! And thank you Jack @amazingdaysphotos , Danielle @dream.hair.artistry , Emily @emily.ryanking , Yolanda @yolanda_wilhelm and the gorgeous team at Olinda Tea @olindateahouse House for having us ☕️🤍

Here are a few little outtakes from the day 😂📸 I definitely wish I’d accepted that coffee offer!

The final photos are coming soon… and I can’t wait to show you! ✨

Every little girl deserves a dress that makes her feel just as special. 🤍

It’s often the little moments that become the biggest memories.

Pink or white? We’d love to know your favourite. 🌸
