POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Tomorrow I head back to the mothership to say goodbye to Mary, who was, by all accounts, my second Mum.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the people who have shaped my life, and how much of what we become is shaped by the people who believe in us along the way.

Mary was one of those people. Alongside my own parents, her love and belief are woven into the story of PHOAF, and into its becoming.

It feels fitting that my first collection is THE WREATHS. True to their name and symbolism, they honour what came before and hold hope for what lies ahead.

Forever grateful, dear Mary.

If you own your own business you know how important it is to get you and it out there, and how difficult it can sometimes be. But if we’re not getting in-front of people and letting them know what we offer, we’re going to limit what’s possible!

Not long ago I said to a professor of business & leadership that I felt it was hard to get what I do into corporate - her answer “hard or you’re not knocking on the door”!!!!

This workshop is an opportunity to find self acceptance, to level the playing field, to help you recognise that other people aren’t out of reach, inaccessible or live on pedestals and how much we put a ceiling on our success & hold ourselves back when we think in this way.

We’ll be looking at how we project our negative beliefs into others and how we can clear them for good. And we’ll be doing just that in real time!!

I want to help you become fearless about being your most authentic self & putting you and your business out into the world in a way that you make amazing connections with people who are talking about you in rooms you’re not even in!

There’s a link in my bio/comments or just comment connect and I’ll send it straight over.

Hope to see you there.

After the great response in Leeds last week I’ve decided to run Connecting with People again in Harrogate at @_theharlow_ on Thursday 25th September.

This Workshop + Networking is an opportunity to understand yourself and the world around us on an energetic level. And the wonderful thing about that is, energy can be changed with ease, which means so can your life, and all that holds you back.

We will be looking at what you’re putting out there v what people are picking up! We’ll be talking limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome, projection, comparison, ceilings on success and what we can do about it all.

AND we’ll be doing the work on letting some of this stuff go, in real time, on the day, do you’re all tooled up for the future.

Then there’ll be some guided networking and of course a chance to just mix and chat with other amazing souls.

Can’t wait to see some of you there.

We use up so much energy trying to be all things to all people, whilst causing ourselves a whole world of pain 🙈

Often believing we need to prove ourselves, justify ourselves, be seen to be ‘good’, to do the ‘right’ thing… all in response to what we believe people think of us.

But all those things we believe other people are thinking, are simply our own resistance thoughts that we transfer onto others. We put them there!! 😳 Blended with their own insecurities and resistance, it actually appears to be real. We actually believe there’s something to overcome.

But in fact if you could just allow yourself to be. To let go of what YOU think people are thinking…. Your whole nervous system would relax, your vibration (emotional state) would rise and you would witness something entirely different and experience a completely different relationship.

What’s in your head, isn’t in everyone else’s!

Power of Many is a monthly event at my home in Harrogate, where like minded woman come together to be nourished, mind body & soul. Next one this Thursday 23rd at 7.30pm.

We meet, unwind & chat over tea and treats before being guided to connect back in with ourselves and all that is through simple techniques, words & breath.

Then we talk, learn and let go around a particular topic and this one is all about the Law of Attraction. Many will be aware of it but have you got a handle on it?!!

As humans we are obsessively focussed on what we see, hear & touch and yet almost blind to the incredible field of opportunity that lays all around us. In doing so we close ourselves off from SO much.

This topic is dear to my heart and being reminded of it only this morning it pulled me out of a big old hole!!!

What we give our attention to determines what we experience. And attention follows intention! What is your intention and where is it taking your attention?! 😉

Look forward to seeing you there. Link in bio.

Then we talk, learn and let go around a particular topic and this month with Christmas around the corner and all that it brings, we are going to focus on the ‘wonder of you’!

It’s rare that we actually take time to ponder on the wonder, the marvel & the fabulousness of ourselves, and I’d like to give you the time & space to do just that. And if that feels hard to do, I will help you let go of that too 😉

If you’d like to join us, link in my bio and please bring along a notebook to this one!!
