2021 Luxe Elopements Xmas Party at @huskdistillery 🍸

Thank you to my vendors who make Luxe Elopements a family ✨

Our industry was hit hard in 2021 with lockdowns, home schooling, the border and vaccinations. It was exhausting. I think we all have “Covid Fatigue” 😞

When I was in lockdown or couldn’t cross the border… we let our couples swap from Byron to Gold Coast with our QLD team. No one else offered this. It was only possible because I had an incredible team and network of vendor friends to call upon.

✨ Collaboration over Competition ✨

In these times our core values as a business and business owners are put to the test… I am proud to stand next to a group of humans who treated “clients” with compassion and kindness.

We work as a team in every sense of the word. Supporting one another professionally and personally.

Thank you to my core team (and extended team for jumping in when I was in lockdown!)

🏆 Luxe Elopements won 2021 Business Excellence in Personal Services and Retail - without our team this would not be possible!

Shout out to these humans - Thank you for a fabulous 2021👇

MEET EMILY 🍃

Emily and I met many years ago… I think 8ish!? I’ve lost track 🙈

She has many roles:

✨Assistant Coordinator

✨Social media content creator

✨Second shooter (Photography)

✨ Second Witness for our Couples Only Elopements

She is basically my right hand Woman at your Byron Bay wedding!

She will guide guests from the carpark, hand out confetti, fluff wedding dresses, make you laugh and will likely be crying during your vows 🙈

Master holder of important things like… cameras, umbrellas, ring boxes, and often your babies 🤣

Emily shoots all of the BTS content I share! She is a talented photographer in her own right and has been my second shooter for my big weekend weddings at @lady_bella_australia 👰

Luxe Elopements is her second job but she has our heart 🥰

This shot was from yesterday… tucked away holding one of my lens and shooting content… I turned around and was in awe of her natural beauty and had to capture this moment!

Okay I’m done embarrassing her now 🤣

We love you Em! X
