BOO! Emily is a NYC based performer and October baby who loves all things spooky! She is so excited to be performing with B4B and finds it extremely fitting that her NYC cabaret debut is in “Villains, Vixens, and Vamps”! She promises she’s very nice in real life, but has a LOT of fun singing villain songs. Off-Broadway: Sleepy Hollow The Musical. Regional: Holiday Inn, 42nd Street, Cabaret, West Side Story, The Happy Elf, Something Rotten!, The Little Mermaid, Joseph…Dreamcoat. Emily’s favorite spooky season activities include pumpkin picking, watching scary movies, and doing family Halloween costumes with her husband and puppy.

Consistency thy name is Avi!

3 regularly scheduled classes this week! We’re going to bring back “tough act to follow” which is a lovely flowy combo from the musical CURTAINS in both theatre classes. Very ballroom/ old school style theatre combo. Think “best things happen while you’re dancing”.

In tap we will continue with “too marvelous for words”! Come dance!

Back to school yall! It’s officially officially fall. Teaching all 3 offerings this week.

Weds: “pour me another round/ Bright Star” this is a FUN combo if you’ve never gotten a chance to do this one. Thurs: “too marvelous for words” in tap - it’s dare I say on the easier side, a great combo to think about style and details. Fri: last Hernandos Hideaway, hoping to film !!!

Team! I am teaching all 3 classes this week!!! We will be doing “Easy Street” one more time in both theatre classes, with strong assists from some of my favorite friends. In tap we’ll be doing one of my old favorite combos “something makes me want to dance with you” by Nat King Cole, also with a strong assist :).

As many of you know during this time of recovery I am prioritizing returning to the studio, and seeing lots of folks from different times in my life makes me smile!

Best I can do is state the facts.
1. @tilly_ek is a crazy talent and a huge heart
2. @tilly_ek is teaches an awesome masterclass
3. With any luck, this is only the beginning of collabing with people like @tilly_ek

Thanks for being awesome Tilly. Means the world ❤️‍🔥

I’ve got one final class before I’m out for a bit - so we’re doing one of my very favorite combos - “Gimme Love” from Kiss of The Spiderwoman. Get ready for Chita!
