Longest run on my training block
20 mile SIM - 5hrs of a 4.1mi loop at the top of the hour
Rest, fuel, recover before the next hour starts

Before all of this, I’ve run 1 half marathon in high school 15yrs ago and 1 with my friend in Chicago for fun 5yrs ago.

Always said I will never run a marathon, and I kept my word….never said I wouldn’t do an Ultra😏

I honestly have no idea if I’ll be able to finish, considering how I felt at the end of 20, but I followed my training plan and I’m going to try!
