when i first started teaching, i remember feeling like i had to be something. a sort of forced showing up, like, “oh crap, i need to be the funny teacher. or the alignment-based one. the athletic one.” i wanted to be a storyteller, too. i just didn’t know where the stories were supposed to come from.

a lot of learning and a lot of life have happened since then.

including the realization that i don’t have to choose a thing to be. that being myself holds all of those things.

and the stories? they came from learning and living. from getting things wrong. from paying attention. from letting what i learned meet what i lived.

these days, when i think about what i want to create as a teacher, i think less about what i can provide and more about what someone might experience. something embodied.

which is why i’m so excited to co-create this one:

movement and music.
breath and vibration.
beauty and architecture.
the feeling of being small inside a very big room.
the feeling of being completely inside yourself at the same time.

🔥 Welcome to sweating it out all summer long.
🧊 Welcome to cold plunges that make heat waves feel... manageable.
💪 Welcome to strength classes that balance your yoga practice.
✨ Welcome to a community that’s as warm as the room (minus the sweat).

See you on your mat. 🤍
