Still trying to find the words...

What started as a thought in 2018... became an idea... then a dream.

Not the dream of an award.

The dream was always people.

To make an impact. To build leaders. To leave every person, every team, and every community a little better than I found them.

Three and a half years ago, I joined JEM Wellness Brands and Crunch with that dream in my heart.

This week, I had the incredible honor of receiving the inaugural James P. Rowley Award for Outstanding Frontline Leadership.

What I'll remember most isn't the stage.

It isn't hearing my name.

It isn't even the trophy.

It's turning around and seeing my team crying, clapping, shouting and celebrating.

That moment reminded me why I chose this path.

The award will sit on my shelf.

The people will forever live in my heart.

Because long after the applause fades, the lives we touch become the legacy we leave behind.

To every leader who believed in me... To every mentor who challenged me... To every teammate who trusted me... And to every person I've had the privilege of serving...

Thank you.

This isn't the end of a journey.

It feels like the beginning of an even bigger one.

People. Experience. Performance.

Always. ❤️
