Today we want to celebrate our friend and collaborator @c.thomps ♥️ We consider ourselves lucky when our friends and family are willing to jump in and help out. As the saying goes, it takes a village… and boy, are we lucky that our village has Christel! Genuinely proud and honored to be able to call someone as smart, talented, truly stunning and caring as one of our friends, collaborators and homies 🥹 From Mahjong Clubs, Night Swims, photoshoots and beyond, these wouldn’t have happened without her help. Christel is a joy whenever she is a part of the team (and always the best dressed person in the room). Go send her a message and tell her how awesome she is - we definitely will 🫂

Today we continue with the models who graciously agreed to help us show off the merch. First, we begin with Emily, who has our Sync or Swim Baby Tee in Small. Take a look ↳ Link now available in our bio to order yours. ↳ Where It Started Emily and Mackenzie met in the middle of a crowded bar, and when Emily saw that she was waiting for a drink, she took her own beer and poured half of it into Mackenzie’s glass while introducing herself. That’s the kind of person she is: unbelievably fun, generous beyond belief, and one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. She and Mackenzie have been friends ever since that night, so naturally, Em became a regular at SyncSwim events too <3 ↳ The Em Effect If you know Em, you know that any time you’re around her, you can’t stop smiling. Her sense of humor is infectious. She kept spirits high the entire shoot. ↳ A Night to Remember Emily and her boyfriend Dennis collaborated with us to host one of our favorite parties in recent memory, Night Swim at the Loft. A no-phones party where they heavily leaned into the decor and theme, had special food surprises from Dennis, and ended with a warning from the police... you know, all the signs of an unforgettable evening. ↳ It Goes Both Ways Emily has always been a beam of light in the crowd. Every time she, Dennis, and the crew are rocking with us, their energy makes the night that much more special. ↳ Behind the Scenes at @cara.cara.club 🛒 link now available in our bio to order yours.

Today we continue with the city where our merchandise was designed and printed, along with the locations of the photo shoot for our first merchandise collection. From the music to the culture to the incredible people who have allowed us into their lives and helped shape our sound and taste, we couldn’t be more grateful to show off this city. Take a look ↳ ↳ Chicago Chicago has given us so much and continues to do so today. We wanted to make merchandise that we would actually want to wear in the places we love throughout this stunning city. ↳ Location 1: Torn Light Records Chicago’s record shops are world-class and some of our favorite places to spend an afternoon. There is nothing better than finding one of your favorite albums, or that unique record you can’t wait to share. @tornlight Records is one of our team’s favorite shops on Milwaukee Ave. They stock all sorts of records and books, and it’s a go-to spot for @muhkenzii to wander around when she’s looking for design inspiration. Their logo was what first drew her in after a morning coffee run, and she’s kept coming back to search through their incredible selection. ↳ Location 1: Behind the Scenes The way the light was filtering onto @emilysilvey and the records in @tornlight. You couldn’t PLAN it better than it turned out. ↳ Location 2: Cara Cara Club Cara Cara Club is one of our favorite spots in the city and the perfect place for a late-afternoon summer shoot. On a good day, light filters through the windows in a way that you’d be hard-pressed to replicate on a photo set. Of course, the delicious drinks were the cherry (tomato) on top. It’s started and run by a whole host of folks we’re proud to call friends of the SyncSwim team! From the incredible drinks and curation of @lw4ng and @joebrigs, to the creative talent that is @wade____hall, to the incredible music direction of @blesstonio, and last, but certainly not least, the team that makes it all happen in @olvenyu and @kris.orlebeck, and so many more. Playing a @cara.cara.club set feels like a family affair every time. ↳ Location 2: Behind the Scenes Jenny absolutely glowing in the late-afternoon light of @caracaraclub. ↳ Location 3: CT

The best moments happen in private 🤫 Every once in a while we do things for family only. A few snapshots from our most recent Night Swim 🌙🏊‍♀️ No phones were allowed. Huge thank you to Dennis and Emily for hosting and opening their space to all of us - plus an extra shoutout to Dennis for the special moment you created for us at midnight. And to everyone who came out and trusted us with the night - thank you. You made it what it was. We’ll be thinking about this one for a long, long time. The next one is in the works. Stay 📻 #syncorswim #nightswim #chicagomusicscene
