I’ll never ever regret making a decision to ā€œgo for it.ā€

I didn’t know what I was doing or how I was going to do it but I knew my goal was to be at home with my babies.

I didn’t have a social media following or even really many friends but I decided to try.

I wanted my dream to become a reality and I believed it could ✨

I’ve made mistakes and made myself out to be ā€œthat girlā€ but I’ve also learned a whole lot and used that growth to help others in many ways.

My goal isn’t to be at the top of a company or to earn a trip but to be at home with my babies… and IF those other things just happen to occur as a result of my dream, that’s great! šŸ’•

Is this something you’d like to learn more about? Comment ā€œWFHā€ below and I’ll message you ā¬‡ļø

Anxious feelings. Joint pain. Irritability. ADD. Overstimulation. Overwhelm.

All of these have been helped greatly with my favorite wellness product.

We all know those moments in motherhood where it feels like we’re going to break 😩 I’m in the thick of postpartum with a newborn and being thrown curve balls multiple times a day but able to pivot every time šŸ™ŒšŸ½

On any given day, moms have cleaned up countless messes, made meals that were shoved to the side and pushed to the very edge of our sanity with overstimulation while trying to regulate our own emotions and teaching our kids to do the same. Over and over again.

IT DOESNT MEAN WE DONT LOVE OUR KIDS WHEN WE ADMIT HOW HARD IT CAN BE.

Admitting that being a mom is hard and every single waking moment isn’t perfect is scary. It means that we recognize that it’s hard BUT BY DOING SO, we can figure out tools to be able to move forward.

I’m so tired of resisting the hard and have decided to work through it to build something amazing during the process… EVEN THOUGH ITS HARD. I don’t know what God has in store for me as a mom and also for my family but I know I want to be able to look back on my life and say that I was able to enjoy it šŸ’•šŸ™šŸ¼

Almost two years ago, I recognized that my inability to regulate my own emotions while also trying to help small people do it was hindering life. Someone close to me asked me if I wanted to try something to help and I said ā€œsure, why not.ā€ I was at an emotionally low point and felt like it could only get better….

With consistency while taking, I’ve see a world of a difference in myself! šŸ’•āœØ

I would love to chat more with you about it, especially if you’re feeling the overwhelming, anxious feelings, irritation - comment below ā€œwellnessā€
