POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

If you go to the gym and you don’t take a selfie…did the workout even happen? 🤷🏻‍♀️😋

It might feel a little strange at first, but sharing that post-workout selfie actually has a ton of benefits for your mood, mindset, consistency and progress.

It’s true!

Sharing your journey will help you take action and encourages consistency which keeps you more accountable to your workouts and other health and fitness habits.

Your post-workout selfies are also a great way to document your results. Photos don’t lie and on those days where you might be questioning your progres, checking out your selfies is the best reminder of how much your physique has changed and how far you’ve come.

How about all those likes and comments? 😉 When we share our pictures it’s so motivating to feel the love from our friends, family, and fellow Strong Girls as they support and cheer us on.

Not to mention our photos have the power to encourage and motivate others because it shows them what’s possible if they too commit to their goals. #aspiretoinpsire

And as a coach, when my clients share their gym selfies I take every opportunity as a chance to humble brag because I’m so dang proud and excited of all their consistency, dedication, and killer progress 👏🏼

Are you a gym selfie taker? 📸 Comment below.
