Feeling so grateful for the past few months 🤍

Thank you for all the birthday love — I truly felt it. @emm._.tee and I also celebrated 11 years, and I’m so thankful for the life we’ve built together.

My baby shower was beautiful and so special — thank you to everyone who showed up and poured into me as we prepare for baby #2 ✨

Now we’re soaking in these final moments as a family of three before we meet our newest little love. Thank you to everyone who’s checked in, called, or sent love along the way

Most parents are doing everything right…

but still missing one key piece in their athlete’s development.

That gap shows up over time.

From Grit 2 Glory is officially in the editing room, and we’re one step closer to bringing this vision to life. Featuring Founders from the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs @riceatlanta and CEO’s who have built monumental landmarks in the City of Atlanta like the legendary @cmoody1003 this project is something that I pursued because of my love of the journey.

This documentary has been a labor of love capturing the raw stories, resilient journeys, and real impact of some of Atlanta’s most innovative founders.

To everyone who shared their story, gave their time, or simply believed in the vision: thank you.

We’re now gearing up for a private screening this fall, and I can’t wait for you to witness the power, passion, and purpose behind every frame.

Stay tuned. The grit is real, and the glory is on the way.

The RICE Health & Wellness sector hosted our very first free community dance fitness class—and it was everything! This event was part of our recognition of Minority Health Awareness Month, and the energy was unmatched.

We offered free blood pressure screenings, fresh salads, and 8oz servings of cold-pressed juice to keep wellness both fun and accessible. Plus, we were proud to spotlight one of our very own Spelman College @spelpreneur student entrepreneurs as she vended for the very first time! Heeeyyyyyy @harmonys_.corner

From the dancing to the sweating to the genuine joy on everyone’s faces—we’re still riding the high.

A huge shoutout to my partner in purpose, @butter.itp , who co-leads this sector with heart and intention. And deepest thanks to our amazing event sponsors @stagewingapp , @sedthesaint and @jj_soulglow of JJ BodyWERK—this wouldn’t have been possible without your support.

To our @riceatlanta family: this is just the beginning. Let’s keep this momentum going and continue showing up for our health, our joy, and each other.
