#14 in The Wolves by Sara DeLappe 🩷

Where do I even start? The Wolves was so much more than a show, bringing me closer to my friends as we pushed through miserable summer training, endless drills, and late night rehearsals that always managed to stay full of life, laughter, and love. Beyond that, it brought me closer to myself and gave me a home for my own grief. Playing #14 has been one of the greatest honors of my life. She is a friend first. To 7, to her team, and to her mom. She is kind, fiercely loyal, courageous, and far stronger than she ever lets the world see. She’s a Jane Doe. And shares that stories importance, quietly and loudly all at the same time. she carved out a permanent place in my heart. She’s a part of who I am now, and I will treasure her forever. This show is a raw, beautiful look at loss, friendship, resilience, and teamwork. Getting to step onto that field and live inside these characters on stage every single night was a gift I will never take for granted. I miss this show and this ensemble every single day.

To my team, crew, and directors and my family, thank you. Thank you for holding space for me, for pushing me, and for loving this story as fiercely as I do. I love you all so deeply, and I couldn’t have trusted anyone else with this show, or with my heart, but you. Thank you for everything. 🩷

Wolves, Wolves, we are the Wolves.
It’s hard for me to put into words just what #7 means to me. She fiercely passionate and unabashedly sarcastic, caring loudly about the world around her. Working through the emotional and textual challenges of this show as #7 was an opportunity I never thought i’d have. I’m beyond grateful for the group of girls whose hard work and dedication made this show into something beautiful. Wolves, you will always and forever be in my heart 🩷.
