This girl TOTALLY surprised me with tickets to one of my fave shows, Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. I am a Bravo girly through and through.

She simply gave me some wardrobe parameters and said we had plans on my birthday (before the Harry Styles concert, mind you 😍). Then she dropped the bomb right before we walked up to the studio. The guest was Rob Lowe (who was amazing), and it was everything and more!! It’s fun to be a mom to a grown up

The All School Musical will always hold a special place in my heart. From the beginning of my musical theater journey to now, I couldn’t have asked for a better ending. Shrek was an unforgettable and incredible experience, and I’m grateful for everyone who helped make this show come to life.

Thank you @llhotdog, @markquach, @katewalkerantisocialmedia and @genoyoung for all the work you put into this and for entrusting me to play such an important part in this experience. Thank you to everyone who came to support, it means the world.
After three years of All School, this senior is signing off. 🎭

I can’t put into words how much this program has changed me. Seriously. What an incredibly diverse group of people! I am so grateful to be apart of the family that we’ve grown to be.

Há mais de 10 anos, quando ouvi falar do Jacob’s Pillow pela primeira vez, aquilo parecia um universo paralelo. Uma realidade distante demais para um artista brasileiro, vindo de uma cidade pequena, que olhava para aquele palco sagrado como quem olha para as estrelas: bonito de ver, mas impossível de alcançar.
Em dezembro do ano passado, em um ato de pura coragem (ou de loucura bonita), decidi me inscrever. Mas a verdade é que a cabeça não parava: eu duvidei de mim em cada etapa. Achei que não estava no nível de um programa tão gigante. Me peguei pensando que talvez não merecesse, que não estivesse pronto, que já estivesse velho demais ou que não tinha o “corpo padrão” que a dança muitas vezes insiste em cobrar. Aos 31 anos, em uma profissão que tanto nos faz questionar nossa validade e prazo de validade, aceitar esse desafio foi um salto no escuro.
E que bom que eu saltei.
Essas três semanas no Pillow foram exatamente como uma boa montanha-russa: cheia de frios na barriga, curvas bruscas, subidas íngremes de incertezas e inseguranças, mas também de uma velocidade deliciosa, de pura adrenalina e de momentos em que parecia que eu estava voando. Cada dúvida, cada medo e cada barreira invisível que eu trouxe na bagagem foi sendo quebrada dia após dia, ensaio após ensaio, naquele chão que respira história.
Existe algo de profundamente mágico naquele lugar. É a fusão perfeita entre a força da natureza e o peso vivo da história da dança. É como se a própria terra respirasse arte — parece que os espíritos de todos os bailarinos e artistas que pisaram ali continuam dançando entre as árvores, ecoando pelas salas de ensaio e tornando aquele chão um solo sagrado. Estar ali não é apenas treinar ou performar; é se conectar com a essência mais pura do porquê começamos a dançar.

Essa vitória não é só minha. Ela é o resultado de uma rede gigante de amor e apoio.

Jacob’s Pillow 2026. 🩰

I went to Jacob’s Pillow to reconnect with dance and train as a performer, and I left with a new understanding of who I want to be as a person.

It’s almost been a week since leaving The Pillow, and I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting. First off, so much gratitude for getting to be in rooms led by such giving teachers. I learned so much from the four amazing choreographers who led our rooms, as well as from the many master classes we got to take. But I also learned so much from the group of humans I got to share the marley with every day.

I wrote down a lot. I cried a bunch. And I came back to New York with such a full heart.
My biggest takeaways:
• Believe in yourself, even when it’s hard.
• Be a plant, and make sure you’re growing in the right environment. 🌱
• Stay a student.
• Dance was never about a job.

So grateful for this experience, these people, and everything I’m still taking with me. 🤍

*Trip to Dad’s favorite place in Tennessee to celebrate his life with family/friends and scatter his ashes
*Forrest Frank concert in Little Rock
*NYCDA nationals with Graham/Emma
*Sea Base Scout high adventure quest in Key West for Chris/boys
*Chris/Noah to Cardinals game in St Louis
*Graham to Connecticut for musical theater college intensive
*a couple of NYC visits
*fun girls’ weekend with lots of Mahjong
*Northeast road trip through Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine
*Boston Red Sox game

I am feeling all the gratitude, joy, and love in the world after my time spent at @jacobspillow !! these grounds hold so much value to the dance world and beyond. it’s been an honor soaking in so much knowledge, history and culture while making connections that will last a lifetime. the people that I’ve met here are so uniquely gifted and being in their presence has opened my eyes to all the things that theatre can be. thank you @sfp9585 @domkelley @mayte_n @lsalgadoart and everyone who has made this experience a remarkable 3 weeks! every moment spent here will be cherished forever and I have truly never been more inspired ♥️

what an unforgettable, beautiful, magical experience I just had at the one and only @jacobspillow ! I feel like I have no words and yet so much to say at the same time. these past three weeks have truly been some of the best weeks of my life! getting to be surrounded daily by the incredible people involved (insanely talented artists), making the best memories, the amount of sacred information that I’m STILL trying to digest, the history, the list goes on!

one of the biggest things i learned is that musical theatre can be anything, and i think that is the coolest thing, and i’m so grateful I get to continue to study such a fun and imaginative profession! my bucket is extremely full! i feel so incredibly lucky….thank you :,)
