🏆✨ WE’RE A WINNER!✨🏆

We’re absolutely delighted to share that we’ve been awarded a Phorest Client Experience Award for 2026! 🎉 for the 10th year in a row. 🙌

This award means so much to our team because it’s all about what matters most to us, you, our wonderful clients💚

It is because of you that this achievement has been acknowledged. It represents all the wonderful client reviews, staying consistently high at 4/5 or above for the last 12 months, something we are incredibly proud of.

Thank you for trusting us, supporting us, and allowing us to create time and a space for you to relax and renew. Your loyalty and kind words inspire us to keep raising the bar. 🥰

A huge acknowledgement to the amazing women in our team, thank you for the genuine care, passion and dedication you bring to every person who enters our salon.

This award is a reflection of each of you and the experience you work so hard to create every day. 🤲🏻

On a personal note, I hold such gratitude for those of you who have trusted me over the last two decades starting out as a young therapist to the founding of BORÚ Health & Beauty. Although my role has often changed from the very beginning, from when the salon was first established on Convent Hill, right through to today.

It is incredibly special to have shared so many years, in treatments, conversations and chapters of life with you. I still strive to find new ways or enrich the experiences in the salon to give you a chance to take time just for you to enjoy.

With my kindest gratitude,

Joanne 💚✨

Here’s to celebrating this achievement together! 🥂✨

Thank you for helping us make every experience a special one. 💚
