We’re so grateful for this passionate group of people who bring Melt to life each day. We’ve always had a vision for the experience we wanted to create, and we knew so much of that would come from the people who filled the space. Looking around now, we couldn’t feel more lucky to have this team behind it. Their energy, care and presence have become such an important part of what makes Melt what it is. We’re incredibly grateful to call them our team. đŸ€ Thank you for giving us a space to gather, @formulafig

June turned up the heat. The studio felt a little sweatier, the classes a little fuller, and the energy was something special. We loved seeing so many familiar faces returning week after week and welcoming those discovering Melt for the first time. A big thank you to @gutsydrinks, @helloalliswell, and @farmhousecanada for keeping us fuelled after the hot room. As we head into summer you know where to find us. The room will be hot and your spot on the mat will be waiting. - Kathryn & Helena

“I don’t even know what I would do without my women friends. I mean, I have my friends, therefore I am. They make me stronger, they make me smarter, they make me braver.” - Jane Fonda The Nurses’ Health Study at Harvard Medical School found a strong correlation between having more female friends and improved physical and mental health in women. Women with more friends were less likely to develop physical impairments as they aged and also reported higher levels of joy and well-being. The study also suggested that social isolation can be as detrimental to health as smoking. So hug your friends. Tell them you love them. And when you find the ones that will champion you, uplift you, call you out when necessary but always have your back? Keep them close and don’t let them go.
