10 things that I have learned from dissection
1. Great saphenous vein… never met her
2. Fascia or nerve or fat who knows
3. “Just smoke them” “smoker veins”
4. Table checks were never serious
5. You learn so much about your partners habits… cough cough Sienna and Mary
6. Scissors will always be the best dissecting tool
7. You never know how much you know about the human body until you finish this class
8. My dissection partners will forever hold a special place in my heart
9. I am so grateful for being able to do this opportunity and I am so grateful for my donor
10. How close a group of 40 people can become because of such a rewarding and challenging experience
I want to thank my dissection partners for everything they have done for me! Being able to say we dissected an entire human body in 15 weeks is so insane and I was able to do it with the most amazing girls! Thank you to my two GTAs @sofiakaso and @j.t.santini for how much they have done for me and dealing with me and all my mental breakdowns! Thank you to my professors for continuing to push us! Thank you to the incredible donor we got to dissect, I will be grateful forever for him! Thank you to my friends and family for listening over and over about all the amazing and cool things I got to do in this class! And thank you to the most amazing 40 people in this class that continued to push me everyday, I learned so many incredible things from each and everyone of you and you are all my family!
