Today is moving day for Emma. I love that she is going to be doing bigger things but dang it, I’m really sad. This was the slowest she has ever driven away from this court. Love you Emma Soup!

There are no words right now…I certainly don’t have many. I’m devastated, my soul crushed.
I had the honor and privilege of coaching Haylan and watching him grow the past few years. I’m incredibly grateful for the time we had with him. He was truly a Special One. Everyone who ever knew him, everyone on the team, from every walk of life, all will say, “He always had a smile on his face,” and the best, most pure and joyful attitude.
Something for each of us to hold onto, cherish and strive to emulate as we move forward, one pedal stroke at a time and making each and every one of this pedal strokes count. Just like Haylan did.

Happy 22nd birthday to Emma!! Where has all the time gone since the veteran nurse came into my recovery room and said “that baby has the kindest set of lungs I have heard in over thirty years of nursing.” She wasn’t wrong. Love you bunches!!

Some recent things in my life that have happened in no particular order
1. Steven caught me a little lamb to hold
2. Teaching Lars the art of Backgammon (Yaya knows best)
3. Catching up on target practice
4. @al.pal.mamba supplying the goods
5. Pretty greenhouse flowers before they sold out
6. Rode 72 miles at the Redbud Ride (bonked right at the end)
7. Told @merelymalaki I wanted to ride 100 miles around the square before he graduated and a few others joined (never again)
8. Cheered the boys on at an XC race with @maya.vanberkum before tours in downtown Madison
9. Watched my two beautiful friends get married at the best wedding possible !
10. My love
Been staying busy as I work on my MBA with life hitting me with some road blocks, but I’m working on enjoying life in different ways as they come☀️

i think the tears have finally stopped enough to be able to see clearly to make this post

it’s crazy to look back and think about the old kids saying, “take it all in, it goes by so fast”, and now i’m on the other side, and indeed an old kid. i will forever be chasing the feeling that college gave us all.

my years ended at Lindsey Wilson University, and i spent my early years at Lindenwood University. Both of which brought me everlasting memories, opportunities, and friendships.

i wish i could share the thousands of pictures and videos, and tell millions of stories and lessons ive gone through, but here’s some that i could find without going too far down memory lane… again.

massive thank you to my teammates, my friends and family, my professors, my coaches, and of course the Lord above for supporting me through this chapter of life to the end.

goodbyes are hard, but being excited for what’s to come isn’t. thank you and love you all 🤍

Life really is beautiful, been dancing per usual, but was able to mix up my routine in a truly wonderful way.
Congrats @jebledsoe01 @shelby_starshine on your wedding. Thank you for bringing together so many old friends. And thank you for letting me be the MC…. there must have been something in my eye the whole time 😅

Wrapped up junior year quicker than I expected!! Had some good times being back at school for this year, made new friends and new adventures aswell! Love this team and this school, senior year around the corner💙
