Eek—here we are! Today marks the final graduation of the season (Tahoma, this one’s for you 💛💙). Congratulations to each and every one of you—you did it!!

These past six weeks have truly been some of the busiest, yet also the most meaningful, in my 16 years as a photographer. I say it often, but I really am a softie when it comes to these incredible kids and their families. It’s an absolute honor to do what I do—capturing such important moments in your lives is something I never take for granted.

Somehow, in the blink of an eye, my own child graduated, and just like that, I found myself fully immersed in senior photography. And honestly, I feel like I’m right where I’m meant to be.

This year has been especially unique—and emotional—as many of the seniors I photographed were kids I first met when they were just two years old. That kind of full-circle moment only comes once in a lifetime. And while I’m not retiring just yet (don’t worry!), I know these years are precious and finite.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Getting to know each of you and your families has been the most rewarding part of this journey. Hearing your dreams, learning who you are and who you hope to become—it fills me with so much hope for the future. Watching you all grow and preparing to step into the next chapter has been a gift I’ll never forget.

I hope every single one of you continues to chase your dreams with courage and joy. You are all incredibly unique, and your futures are so very bright. May God bless you abundantly in every step you take.

“Surely goodness and mercy and unfailing love shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell forever in the house and in the presence of the Lord.”
—Psalm 23:6 (AMP)

P.S. I know some of you aren’t pictured (we didn’t get to do a second session this spring), but this message is for all of my amazing Class of 2025 seniors. 💛
